Do you provide priority shipping?
Yes, we do provide priority shipping. When placing your order, you can select from the shipping either Standard Insured Shipping, or Priority Shipping.

How long does it take to process an order? When will I receive my Order?
Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-5 business days after the Holiday. We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days after you place your order.

All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on the package. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 2 weeks after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country and courier service processing.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. For the USA and EU, we have partnered with Shipbob for a warehouse facility. For other parts of the world we use our china warehouse. The shipment depends on the nearest availability of stock.

What currency do I pay in?
You will pay in your local currency. However our parent currencies is USA Dollars.

How do I change my address?
In-order to change your address, you need to send us an email from your email id that you used at checkout. Simply write to us at smarttouse@gmail.com Please note after 24 hours of your order placement, we are unable to change the address as it goes in processing and is handed over to the courier service. However we would suggest letting us know as sometimes there are possibilities that we can change your address. For change in email, you can do it any time you want. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. You just have to write your order number and email address and it will take you to the information tab where you can find your tracking id if it is uploaded. What is the process after I place an order?
Once you place your order, your information is received by us and we process your order. Once the package is ready, we will hand it over to the courier facility for tracking generation. Once the Package is processed by the courier service, they generate a tracking URL that is sent to you on your provided email address. The delivery of your order depends upon the nearest availability of the warehouse. If in case you have any question regarding your order or you are unable to track your order then simply write us at smarttouse@gmail.com Our team members will get back to you with all the details ASAP.

What is your return and exchange policy? 
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
For non-quality related issues such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer size/color exchanges within 7 days of order delivery date.
We accept cancellations of orders up to 06 hours after order successfully paid.
